1. Apply discounts on the reserved Time slots.
We request you to follow our fair user policy by arriving at the selected timings to enjoy the discounts. At Comitgo we appreciate when our guest arrives at the chosen time. If you reach late we apologize but you will lose your reserved table with the discount you applied for or if the Merchant agrees to accommodate then Merchant has to honor the discount you have reserved for. Moreover, if you arrive early the respective restaurant may request you to wait in the waiting area.

During the restaurant’s regular turnover time if you place the order we will add 30 minutes extra so that you can appreciate your meal for longer. Though, it will be included in Comitgo discounts. However, we have some protocols to follow i.e. if the guest enters late or the event continues till late then, your discount will expire on your later orders.
3. Update the number of guests.
Comitgo discounts can only be applied to the strength you have addressed at the time of reservation. Therefore, revise no. of guests you have stated. If you change party size we would suggest you re-editing your reservation to avoid missing your reserved table and discount. The modification process can be followed effortlessly online.
4. Request to merge the reservation slots
Your reservation will be marked as a separate booking if you and another member of your family/friend apply a similar discount and reserve the same time slot. The chances of merging the tables will completely depend on the availability of unreserved tables. Furthermore, if you have booked various time slots and discount tables then that cannot be merged.
5. Two discounts at a time
According to Comitgo Fair User Policy, you cannot apply multiple promo codes at the restaurant. Be it credit card promotion or a senior citizen or any other discounted meal and considerably more.
